Tile & Stone
Tile and natural stone installation in Naples, FL
Porcelain, ceramic and natural stone set from a single control line, with flood-tested waterproofing behind every shower we build.
Large-format tile punishes a sloppy layout: every cut is visible and every lippage edge catches the light. We dry-lay the room and set the control line off the most-seen sight line rather than the longest wall.
Wet areas get built properly behind the finish — bonded waterproofing membrane, flood-tested overnight, niches sized to whole-tile modules so there are no filler slivers.

How the job runs
- 01
Dry layout
The room is laid out dry so cuts land where they are least seen before any thinset is mixed.
- 02
Substrate prep
Slabs flattened and, for showers, pans rebuilt with correct slope to drain.
- 03
Waterproof and flood test
Membrane applied and the pan flooded overnight — we tile only after it holds.
- 04
Set, grout and seal
Natural stone sealed after grouting; grout colors reviewed with you against a set sample.
Tile & Stone questions we get asked
How long does a tile shower take?
Usually four to six days. Waterproofing cure and the overnight flood test are non-negotiable steps, so a shower cannot honestly be finished in two.
Is natural stone a good choice near the Gulf?
Marble and travertine are beautiful but porous and need periodic sealing. If the room sees sand, salt or heavy traffic, a stone-look porcelain gives you the appearance with far less maintenance.
Do you seal grout?
Yes on natural stone and wherever a lighter grout is used in a wet area. We also review grout color against a set sample before we grout the whole room.
